On average over the past three months 136 patients did not attend their appointment (DNA). This is a problem for both the practice team and patients waiting for an appointment.
We have revised our DNA policy and patients who miss more than 3 appointments in a year may be asked to find an alternative practice.
Please help and cancel your appointment as soon as possible if you can’t attend and we will reallocate it to another patient.
