We understand that on occasions you may need to cancel your appointment.
We ask that you do this as soon as possible so that we can reallocate your appointment time to another patient.
You can cancel an appointment at any time via the following methods.
- Use an online form on our website to cancel an appointment
- Use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app)
- Phone us during our opening times
Patients who do not attend 3 times without cancelling their appointment will be sent a warning letter and may be asked to register with another GP.
